Historic Projects

This Grade II Listed building and former George and Dragon pub had stood empty for 21 years and was falling into a state of serious disrepair and had become a local eyesore. The project was to sensitively restore the building and create two apartments above the pub.

Asquith House, Edgbaston was a project to convert an existing Grade II listed building into 9 apartments. We gained listed building and change of use consent.

The project was to transform a dilapidated former technical college building of local importance on the edge of Coventry city centre into a 100 bedroom hotel for Premier Inn as part of the MCD Developments regeneration of the Earlsdon area within only an 11 month programme. This was achieved by close collaboration with the main contractor, sub contractors and consultant team.

This prestigious project is set on the ground floor of Birmingham's contemporary art gallery, Ikon Gallery and has become a stalwart for the city's discerning restaurant frequenters and was called "a modern masterpiece" by Birmingham's "What's On" magazine.
